Undergraduate saxophone student Jack Woodruff was selected via audition to rehearse and perform the inaugural season with the National Youth Wind Ensemble, culminating in a concert on June 18, 2022 at the historic Warner Theater in Washington D.C. The Ensemble was established to bring together the brightest, most talented, and hardworking young musicians from across the United States. Featured conductor clinicians are: Colonel Jason Fettig, Director of “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band; Dr. Kevin Sedatole, Director of Bands, Michigan State University.
