Ames Asbell (viola), Ian Davidson (oboe), Karla Hamelin (‘cello) and Lynn Ledbetter (violin) presented Master Classes to students at the Universidad Autonoma de Coahuila (Saltillo, MEXICO) and the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (Monterrey, MEXICO) during the week of March 22-25, with a final presentation by Dr. Hamelin and Dr. Ledbetter about Texas State music degree programs on March 26. These master classes represent a seven year partnership between the music schools in Monterrey/Saltillo and Texas State.
