Lani Gil, senior Music Studies major at Texas State University and violin student of Dr. Lynn F. Ledbetter, has been awarded a one-semester Student Teacher Scholarship by Texas Music Educators Association. She is student teaching in San Antonio this semester and will graduate in May 2015. She hopes to find a full-time teaching position in San Antonio.
