Texas State music faculty member Charles Ditto has received a commission from Amherst College Department of Theater and Dance for a full-length score as part of a multi-media theater work to be presented in April, 2015, in Amherst. The work, written and directed by Amherst’s Senior Artist-in-Residence, Peter Lobdell, will also feature animated video sculpture by Pioneer Valley artist and Hampshire College professor, Thom Haxo.
