Dr. Martin McCain just completed his 3rd online arts entrepreneurship lecture series for the Intro to Music Learning and Teaching class at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
He also recently launched an entire low-brass mouthpiece line with Pickett Brass. McCain, along with Peter Pickett, has spent the past 2 ½ years developing a series of mouthpieces with the versatile bass trombonist in mind. The line includes a tenor trombone mouthpiece, 3 bass trombone, 2 contrabass trombone and one tuba mouthpiece. [Yes, there really is such a thing as a contrabass trombone, an awesome instrument!]
