During the first week of February, Dr. Vanguel Tangarov, Assistant Prof. of clarinet, performed a series of solo recitals. His tour started on Jan 31st in Austin with a charity concert at Heritage at Gaines Ranch. The next two performances were given on Feb 4th at the Consulate General of Bulgaria in New York during the 10th Anniversary Season of the Bulgarian Concert Evenings in New York and on Feb 6th at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Washington DC. The final event of his tour took place at Texas A&M University, Kingsville, where on Feb 8th he was a featured Guest Artist and presented a master class and solo recital on “Clarinet Day 2015”.
